Michelle Langley is a senior research fellow in the Australian Research Centre for Human Evolution and a lecturer in archaeology in the School of Environment and Science at Griffith University in Australia. Langley’s research centers around understanding the origins and development of human behavioral uniqueness, with a particular focus on: hunter-gatherer technologies, Australian archaeology, Neanderthal behavioral complexity and interaction with modern humans, Paleolithic Europe, and identifying children in the deep past.
