Madison Wrobley is a cultural anthropologist who studies social conflict, daily challenges, and environmental problems resulting from water insecurity and land-use changes in Nepal. She received her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and is a 2019–2020 Fulbright-National Geographic storytelling fellow, a position for which she is currently completing her research and documenting her findings. She, along with Small Earth Nepal, a Kathmandu-based research institution, is using her data to create capacity-building programs and other local initiatives.
